A self-confident individual should always endeavor to develop their other skills and abilities. It's important to work on improving oneself constantly. You shouldn't let other people's expectations limit you; instead, always bear in mind that, if at all possible, you must exceed those expectations. You can only achieve this if you give your all to everything you do.
